Max no. of children I can invite to my party?

Our Ultimate party package is for 12 children but we can take a maximum of 25, at an extra cost of £10 per child.

Are adults allowed to stay at the party?

Of course, we always provide homemade cake and juice along with comfy seating on the 3rd floor of the Parlour. A great viewing platform where you can see the children & be part of all the fun!

Is a birthday cake supplied with the party?

The birthday cake is not included within the package but can provide this as an optional extra. If you bring along a cake please do not forget your candles and serviettes!

Will the parties be too girly for boys?

Not at all, the boys love it just as much. We cater for lots of mixed groups, but we can also provide varied themes for pirates and superheroes.

What sort of food is provided?

Our deluxe banquet is a traditional birthday tea party that consists of; Ham & cheese sandwiches, chicken rolls & ham wraps. Fruit & vegetable pots, mini jellies, homemade victoria sponge, plus many other yummy treats! We cater for all dietary requirements, special requests and fussy eaters!

What time should we arrive at the Parlour?

We pride ourselves on providing a first class party service & for this to happen we need a smooth transition between parties. Access to the Parlour will be ten minutes before your party start time.

What happens at the party on the day?

The children arrive and dress up for a big group photo on the throne. On to the second floor for a disco/silent disco, glittery nails, tattoos and Piñata. On to the third floor for the deluxe birthday banquet & celebration cake. Followed by mascot guest appearance, dancing & then to finish with the candy cart and balloons.

What optional extras can you provide?

Birthday cake, Photography package, helium balloons, Thank you cupcakes, character guest appearance & Tiaras/wands/swords for each attending guest.


Other important bits to note:

  • Each member of our team is DBS checked and approved.
  • Should you or any of your guests have any special dietary requirements or allergies, please advise us in advance and we will be sure to meet your needs.
  • Under 4’s must be accompanied, no charge for siblings under two years.
  • We require 50% deposit at time of booking. Outstanding balance 14 days prior to party date.
  • We can also provide a photography package capturing beautiful images throughout your party as an optional extra, please contact us for more info.
